Movie night is low effort and high comfort. The hardest part is picking the movie, so decide ahead of time.

Tips

• Vote on the movie ahead of time. Post a few choices in the plan’s messages and let people vote.
• Try an outdoor screening. A projector and a white sheet turns a backyard into a theater.
• Build a snack bar. Popcorn with toppings: butter, cheese, candy.
• Start on time. Kids fall asleep, adults have work. Put the start time in the plan.
