Before We’re Gone is a private planner for the people who matter most. Put trips, dinners, reunions and milestones on a shared calendar, send one link, and know who’s coming. Nothing to install, and your guests don’t need an account.

• Make a plan. Add a name, a date and time, and a place. Or keep it as a “someday” dream until the timing is right.
• Invite your people. Send one link by text or group chat, or email the invitation directly. Guests reply with just their name.
• Be there. See who’s coming, keep the details in one place, and share the photos afterward.

Everything you need to follow through

• Shared calendars. A calendar for the family, old friends or the travel crew. You approve who can see it.
• Invitations by link or email. Share a link anywhere, or email invitations straight from your contacts. No sign-up needed to reply.
• RSVPs and headcounts. Going, maybe or can’t make it, extra guests, and an RSVP-by date with a countdown.
• Updates that reach everyone. Change the time or place and everyone on the plan is emailed what changed. Cancellations too.
• Messages. Keep timing, rides and details with the plan instead of scattered across group texts.
• Shared photos. Everyone who was there can add photos to the plan, visible only to people on it.
• Someday dreams. The trip you keep talking about. Keep it here, and move it onto the calendar when it’s time.

Questions

Is Before We’re Gone free?

Yes. Creating an account, making plans, sharing calendars and inviting people are all free. To keep it free, we may show ads in the future, but we will never sell your personal information.

Do my guests need an account?

No. Anyone with your invite link can see the plan and reply with just their name. With a free account they can also add photos, post messages, make their own plans, and get an email if the plan changes.

Who can see my plans?

Only you, until you share. People you approve can see a shared calendar. Anyone with a plan’s invite link can see that plan, and you can turn the link off at any time.

Can I invite people from my contacts?

Yes. Import a contacts file from your phone, Google or Outlook and pick who to invite. The file is read on your device and never uploaded. Or just copy the link and send it however you like.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Before We’re Gone runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. There’s nothing to install.

Can I delete my information?

Any time. From your account settings you can download everything as a file, or permanently delete your account and everything you host.
